That I couldn't make changes to my reservations. I wanted to add a night, but couldn't. So then I went in to book the extra night, and a room for my sister, and saw that it was $20 cheaper then what I was paying. I was very upset that I couldn't get a refund, or book it at the cheaper rate.
Fairly close to my destination Very nice staff
Terribly confusing sign approaching from 95, so wasted minutes driving past the place, no left turn signs, and no access spot to turn for about a mile. Poor lighting in the room; dim from absence of ceiling light, even with the numerous corner lamps. Spot light down to desk was way too much; should have rheostat to moderate. Frustrating and time consuming log in for internet; your website should pop up immediately. No main on off switch for all the lights. Outlets at bedstand defective, as items plugged in came out Chair at desk stuck in height adjustment; lucky I found an intelligent American worker in the hallway to switch chairs from another room. No regular coffee in room. Had to ask for it. Website indicated rooms had a microwave; if my room did, your hiding place was excellent. Thin walls made adjacent guests' voices easy to hear. At this price a free breakfast should have been included. Hampton Inn next time
Size of room was excellent, quiet and comfortable.
Room not very clean. Found empty condom package under sofa. Awkward TV set up.
Rooms were clean, beds extremely comfortable, and spacious.
The bed was very comfortable The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
The wall light by the bed did not work. I notified the desk about this but it was not fixed. The shower curtain bar was loose. I notified the desk about this but it was not fixed.
clean, well appointed, staff was helpful
Breakfast was essentially a Starbucks kiosk that closed way to early for a weekend, then there was no hope of breakfast and no nearby places
The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels. There was no extra blankets, but the room was comfortable
No coffee/tea kiosk. Had to pay for everything. No free breakfast in the morning. Very expensive. We went to a diner a few minutes away
The décor of the room was very nice and the staff was courteous, helpful and pleasant.
I had to change rooms twice at 1:30 a.m., from Rm. 430 to 428, then to 408. I stay up late and get up early, so when I turned off the t.v. to go to sleep I heard a loud humming noise and the sound of running water coming through the bathroom wall. Closing the door did not help. Turns out there was an electrical room next to my room. The attendant moved me to 428 which had a refrigerator that didn't work. She switched refrigerators, then I heard the same noise as in 430. Then I moved to 408. Quiet but again with a defective refrigerator. The $20 dinner I had purchased to last for my next night spoiled. I complained in the morning to the desk clerk but she did not offer a monetary or replacement remedy for my loss of food other than to have the refrigerator checked. She did and when I came back that night, it was working. But I had to order and pay for more food.
Staff was friendly and place looked nice
Lumpy pillows and overpriced food
Cleanliness value comfortable beds easy check in wish there was time for the pool
Miss the free breakfast but it was no big deal DD right by airport
As a woman traveling solo, I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was excellent, very professional and friendly. Bed was great and room was nice size. Food at the bistro was surprisingly good. I didn't use the workout room, but it looked well equipped.
Finding the entrance off 95 was a bit tricky. I'm from out of state, arrived at night, and not used to the jug handle turns, so if there could be better signage that could help.
NOT CRAZY ABOUT THE SET UP FOR BREAKFAST. PREFER EITHER SIT DOWN DINING ROOM WITH WAITER, ETC. OR FREE DO IT YOURSELF BREAKFAST.
Wish they had coffee available 24/7
I really like it the problem is it was a little bit far from my college but I really enjoyed when I was staying there.
